Still On The Fence????

Still on the fence about selling your house in Anne Arundel County or The Baltimore Metro Area? Just a few numbers in Anne Arundel County and Baltimore Metro Area that may get you off that fence. There are only 2.7 months of inventory in the market, which clearly makes it a Seller's Market. The housing prices are up 8.9% in Anne Arundel County and 2.2% in the Baltimore Metro Area from a year ago. With those amazing numbers they are  still not as amazing as Baltimore City which is up 18.2% over last year!!!! WOW is all I can say. So if you are thinking about selling now is the time.
